Lee E. Levenson

Lee Levenson has spent almost his entire life in South Florida. He graduated from Lake Worth Christian High School in 1984, The University of South Florida in 1989 and Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1993 and was honored as The Distinguished Student of his graduating class. Lee believes that we need to continually grow and educate ourselves. Therefore, he also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a post-doctorate masters LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Technology Law. Upon graduation from law school, Lee became an Assistant Public Defender in Jacksonville, Florida where he fought for the poor and gained invaluable trial experience. He eventually joined an insurance defense firm, where he represented nursing homes, hospitals, doctors, nurses, land owners, business owners, and defendants in automobile accidents. Lee joined Romano Law Group in March of 2010. In August 2010 Lee was admitted to the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. Lee has successfully tried and litigated a variety of cases including: criminal, divorce, guardianship, commercial-business, sports law, personal injury, insurance disputes, child abuse, data breaches patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, defamation, domain name disputes, internet law, and computer crimes. Lee is passionate about fighting for the people he represents against big corporations, banks, insurance companies and the government.
